Pastor Isabelle Titus
Pastor Isabelle Titus is the head pastor of the Brockton Branch and Chairman of the National Ministerial Council of Solution Outreach Int’l Ministries. She has been with the Ministry for over 10 years, starting as a Minister in the Brooklyn branch of SOIM. Pastor Isabelle is profoundly dedicated to the work of God in true worship and desire to be used to motivate, inspire, and arouse the Body of Christ to worship God in Spirit and in Truth.
Pastor Isabelle is a true example of the Proverbs 31 woman; she’s a down to earth jovial and balanced woman of God. She doesn’t sit around to be waited on; she will help wherever help is needed. She’s passionate about teaching the word of God, teaching people how to pray and raising the children of God to their full potential and do what God has called them to be. Pastor Isabelle is very loving, caring and compassionate to the people in her life. As it is written in Amos 9:15 “I will plant them on their land, and they shall never again be uprooted out of the land that I have given them,” says the LORD your God.”
Worship Leader Nephtalie Jean
Worship Leader Nephtalie Jean (Nephie) is a praise and worship leader. At a very young age she had a near death experience at birth, and she is referred to as a miracle child to her family who considers her “Bless and Favored” by the Most High. Nephie and team contribute a great deal to the ministry inviting the Presence of God and ushering in His Glory through worship. Nephie enjoys cooking and traveling.
Minister Sandra Noel
I, Minister Sandra Noel was introduced to Solution Outreach International Ministries in October of 2012 by my mother to attend a program and has been here ever since. My responsibilities are as follows, I am Minister of the word of God, Church Administrator, Prayer Line coordinator and Social Media Manager for the Brockton Branch in Massachusetts. I enjoy interacting with people, spending time with my family and friends. I love cooking, baking, pottery, gardening, wine making and carpentry.
